Interesting...I just read Malachi 3:1. This verse shows without a shadow of a doubt that the Third Temple must be built before the Messiah comes. Now the followin
Now here's the big question. Is the Temple that Messiah seeks at His second coming an earthly building? Nope...Not according to Ephesians 5:27. In fact the problem with Christianity is a huge identity crisis. Israel is NOT Israel, technically Christians who have come into the New Covenant are true Israel. (God's people) The true church is the holy city of peace. (Spiritual Jerusalem) The New Covenant is Spiritual and all of fleshly Israel must get into it to be counted as True Israel!
The problem is that just like the religious leaders of our day we have put our faith in words of men and not the Bible. We have put our trust in whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of the bones of the dead and everything unclean. (Matthew 23:27) We have accepted doctrines of demons and have looked at everything through the eyes of our own carnality and not by eyes of faith in God's word.
The Third Temple, the true one anyway, and the one that Jesus is looking for in the last days is NOT an earthly Temple built in an earthly city of Jerusalem. Unfortunately the "church" or body of Christ is divided and as a whole, only see's itself as four walls. We have trusted in false prophets (theologians) like John Nelson Darby and John Wesley, who have painted our minds with a non-Bible based picture of the end times.
Throw out all those left behind books...these men aren't God nor posses the very Spirit of God, to tell us what's going to happen in the last days. The church is in an identity crisis and we better figure out our identity quick. We have to get off the idea of being confined to four walls and also the rubbish of supporting political Zionism. Our identity must be in Christ, not in tradition, men, a denomination or political movement. So put on Christ, get in the true body according to Galatians 3:27.
g verse, (verse 2) indicates to the reader that this Temple is built before his second coming, because he comes in His glory and wrath. (Not as a suffering servant, as He came the first time around.)
