I believe Jesus is about to bring out of "Babylon" those who have a real love and zeal for him. A remnant will completely come out of confusion and through the trials and fire of the end time, will be made in His image. Just as he walked with the three Hebrew's in the fiery furnace, so to he will he do the same for his remnant. Remember, when the three Hebrews went into the fire, they were all bound but remember they walked out completely untouched and did't even smell like smoke from the fire that engulfed them! In fact, these three Hebrew men were promoted over those who had bound them! (Daniel 3:10-30)
It's interesting to note that these men would not worship the gold image, could this image be a foreshadowing of things to come? (The beast that causes all those to worship its image and those who do not, to be killed and not able to buy and sell?) (Revelation 13:15-17) Also remember the general idea at the end of Revelation, those who were humble and kept true to God get exulted and those who were not get humbled. I believe there is such a strong correlation to the Hebrews in Babylon to the remnant coming out of "Babylon" in the book of Revelation, it's no wonder why the authors used the same word "Babylon" to refer to the future Satanic Kingdom of the end time drama.
I understand that the "end times" can be scary. In fact going into uncharted territory usually is because there is a high level of uncertainty. We must not forget to remember who we are and what we are. In fact, our God tells us that perfect love casts out ALL fear, not some. (1 John 4:18) The fact of the matter is that our view of "end times" has been built upon the foundations of men who were night guided by the Spirit of truth and love, who is Jesus. There is nothing to fear in Jesus, but everything to gain!
Do we trust our God like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abendnego did? Our God will deliver, us. Just as the three Hebrew men stated in Daniel 3:18 But even if he does not, we want you to know, Your Majesty, that we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up." There is absolutely no fear in this statement, only POWER, LOVE, and a SOUND MIND. (2 Timothy 1:7) I'm done hearing man's doom and gloom, non spirit filled message of the end times. As for me and mine, we will listen to and promote God's message of victory without fear! I hope this message encourages you as much as it has encouraged me!
